By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to the practices and terms outlined below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and applies to all users and subscribers of our website and digital services.

Intellectual Property Rights

Aspyre Digital LLC retains full and exclusive ownership of all websites, digital content, design work, written copy, layouts, code, branding elements, and all other creative assets we produce. These materials are considered proprietary work products developed under our subscription model and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

Clients are not purchasing the rights to these works—they are subscribing to a service that includes access to, and usage of, the deliverables created during the subscription period. This does not confer ownership, and no transfer of rights occurs unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and accompanied by any applicable fees.

Clients must not copy, reproduce, clone, alter, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any aspect of our work during or after the subscription period unless such rights have been formally transferred by mutual agreement.

License of Use

While subscribed to an active plan, Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and all deliverables created by Aspyre Digital LLC solely for their business purposes. This license is conditional on continued payment of the agreed subscription fees and is automatically revoked upon cancellation, non-renewal, chargeback, or delinquency.

After the license is revoked, continued use of our work in any capacity—whether hosted independently or repurposed in another form—is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Ownership Transfer Terms

Ownership of any website, source code, or creative asset may be transferred to the Client only through a signed agreement approved by both parties. In most cases, a one-time ownership transfer fee is required. Upon completion of such terms, we will facilitate the secure delivery of applicable assets and logins.

In the absence of a transfer agreement, all rights and assets remain the exclusive property of Aspyre Digital LLC.

Data Collection & Use

When you engage with Aspyre Digital LLC or subscribe to our services, we may collect personal and business information necessary to operate efficiently. This information may include your name, company name, email address, billing details, domain credentials, content assets, and contact information.

We collect this data solely for the purposes of delivering services, managing accounts, processing payments, and communicating project updates or technical issues. Your information is handled with discretion and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties outside of service-related purposes.

Third-Party Services & Tools

We utilize secure third-party platforms to support service delivery—including but not limited to Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (communications), Notion (project management), and Webflow or similar platforms for site deployment.

These services may store or process your information under their own privacy policies. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all partners maintain strong data security and privacy practices. However, by using our services, you agree that your information may be processed through these platforms where applicable.

Marketing & Communications

We may send emails related to billing, service updates, or project communications. With your consent, we may also share occasional announcements or updates about new offerings. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided.

We do not use your content, designs, or personal details in our public portfolio or promotional materials unless you grant us explicit permission to do so.

Data Security

Aspyre Digital LLC employs commercially reasonable security practices to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information. While no method of digital transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take active steps to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or misuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials or logins provided to you by our team.

User Rights & Requests

If you would like to request a copy of the personal information we have on file for you, or if you wish to delete your data, please contact us at support@aspyredigital.com. We will respond promptly and process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Violations and Enforcement

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property or breach of this policy—including continued use after service cancellation—may result in invoicing for backdated fees, legal action, or both. We reserve the right to take enforcement action necessary to protect our rights, our business model, and our creative work.
